Job Description:
- Respond to IT requests and issues via multiple sources, managing issue reports and monitoring their progress and resolution.
- Maintain telecommunication systems and equipment, troubleshooting hardware or software incidents to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide Tier I & 2 IT support to business and external customers, diagnosing and resolving service calls within guidelines, and escalating complex incidents to the appropriate level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school education required; degree in systems engineering a plus.
- Entry-level position; experience in customer or technical services beneficial.
- Fluent English, written and verbal (B2+); knowledge of Office Package and ServiceNow a plus.
