LatamCent is in search of a top-tier business development expert, a dedicated prospector, and a high-performing individual with a proven history of surpassing both activity and outcome benchmarks.

Role Overview:

  • This position is a quota-driven role requiring a strong emphasis on rapid prospecting and the creation of new opportunities with senior executives in organizations generating over $250 million in annual revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will possess B2B prospecting experience, engaging with various personas from end-users to executive leaders.
  • The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients.
  • Transform research findings into a compelling messaging narrative that aligns with identified and hypothesized buying triggers.
  • Generate leads by reaching out to prospective buyers through cold calls, cold emails, and professional networking platforms to arrange qualified meetings.
  • Assess the needs of potential buyers.
  • Establish long-term, trusting relationships with prospective clients to qualify leads as viable sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings between potential clients and LatamCent leadership.
  • Be accountable for achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
  • Engage in discovery meetings.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and development sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a high-velocity sales environment as a leading SDR/BDR.
  • Strong proficiency in English in a business context.
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based technology firm selling to U.S. clients, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM and SEM tools.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meeting targets: eight to ten new sales-qualified leads per month.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual salary for this role is up to $34,000 On-Target-Earning ($24,000 base and $10,000 variable).

The final offer may be influenced by various factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal benchmarks.
