**Job Title:** Dedicated Trainer II

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dedicated Trainer II to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to production personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide operational training to production operators, ensuring they understand and can apply the necessary procedures and techniques.

* Conduct and ensure adequate training follow-up, verifying that operators have mastered the required skills and knowledge.

* Develop and implement training packages, including certification requirements, to ensure operators are properly trained and certified.

* Perform training in changes of manufacturing procedures, quality procedures, and other relevant areas, ensuring operators are up-to-date with the latest processes and techniques.

* Coordinate cross-training on production lines, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

* Ensure the standardization of manufacturing procedure techniques, ensuring consistency and quality across all production areas.

* Follow up on improvement of techniques for scrap reduction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

* Generate improvement projects, working with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.

* Generate reports for decision making based on data, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

* Assist supervisor in investigations, providing support and expertise as needed.

* Maintain optimal customer satisfaction rates as agreed with production, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality.

* Control non-operational refreshment trainings and recertifications as appropriate, ensuring that operators are properly trained and certified.

* Assist in changes of procedures such as continuous improvement of the line, working with the production team to implement changes and improvements.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

* Strong knowledge of training principles and methodologies, including adult learning theory and instructional design.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

* Ability to analyze data and generate reports, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
