We are seeking a Production Operations Specialist to become a part of our team. As an ideal candidate, you will oversee production planning and inventory management for various products while optimizing operations to achieve peak performance and minimal delays. This role will involve leading initiatives for continuous improvement, product flow, and capacity enhancement to boost overall manufacturing efficiency while meeting service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Under direct supervision, you will execute and document production tasks related to the fabrication, modification, and assembly of components or finished medical devices.

Essential Duties:

  • Execute and document operations within the production workflow.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory/manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct process/product tests and audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Perform self-inspections of your work.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures for all tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete all required safety and environmental hazard training.
  • Ensure personal and company adherence to local and corporate regulations, policies, and procedures regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: Completion of elementary school with 0-1 year of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer skills are required.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation related to the specific discipline.
  • Must successfully complete company/department training in manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to learn regulatory (GMP) requirements.
  • Ability to interpret simple instructions and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
