Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, technical support, or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the biotech, bio-instruments, or medical devices industries.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
