Strategic Operations Manager

The role of Team Leader at JLL is a crucial position that requires a dynamic individual who can oversee a team of professionals, work closely with the Graphic Design Director, and ensure seamless workflows and timely delivery of projects.
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding, mentoring, and motivating team members to reach their full potential. You will lead by example, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include communicating effectively with design requestors, supporting the Graphic Design Director with reporting and data tracking, administering project components, scheduling and coordinating creative presentations, monitoring project statuses and deadlines, and attending status meetings or other project meetings as needed.
You will also be responsible for managing projects, ensuring producers manage projects to agreed scopes and timescales, overseeing project design and production, and reviewing project performance.
To succeed in this role, you must have a team-oriented attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers at all levels.

Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience in traffic management, content delivery, or project management
- Advance or Fluent English and communication level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers at all levels
- Positive, demonstrable people management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or art school certification with significant equivalent experience
- Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with SharePoint is preferable
