Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR function across various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and administering various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and time-off requests.
  • Supporting the management team in developing and implementing business strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
