Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Snap Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and administering our Workday HCM system, ensuring seamless integration with supporting HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer Workday HCM, including core, payroll, talent, learning, and recruiting modules
- Contribute to the implementation of Workday HCM, including workbooks, setups, testing, data conversion, and integrations
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of system configurations and workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize system improvements
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address system-related issues and improve user experience
- Maintain and enhance existing system integrations and automation
- Support the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely and relevant information about system status and progress
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a technical HR operations role
- Proven experience with Workday HCM administration and implementation
- Expertise in HRIS systems and their integration with Workday HCM
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop creative solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
