Associate Integration Specialist- San Jose, Costa

We are looking for an Associate Integration Specialist to join our Connectivity and Reporting Team.
You will be working with and supported by our Integration Specialists and members of the Testing team.
You will assist in implementing CloudPay's inbound and outbound integrations - as part of your role you will be taking payroll relevant data from our client source HR systems (including Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG) with post payroll integrations, returning payslips and payroll reports.
**Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include**:
- As new to CloudPay as Integration Specialist you'll be learning about CloudPay integration processes and platforms to enable future support of Client and CloudPay teams helping to deliver new client integration functionality.
- Manage Integration Kick-Off calls with clients to help them to understand CloudPay's integration technologies, configuration, testing processes, and go-live standard and certified approaches.
- To provide analysis, advice, and support to clients, test team, and project managers of CloudPay's architectures, integration processes, and test results during implementation of new integrations for customer payroll entities using the built connectors at CloudPay, specifically for Clodupay Now, and others such as Workday PECI, PICOF, SuccessFactors, Bamboohr, UKG, XML connectors.
- Drive coordination of Cloudpay Now implementation deliverables (Integration, Reports, Payslips) based on customer requirements scope to enable go-live/rollout as per the project plan ensuring provision of quality data into the system.
- Assisting with detailed analysis and advice of integration test results provided by testing team members during Cloudpay's defined Scenario and Parallel testing process prior to Client Entity sign-off and go-live decisions.
- Manage client go-live approvals with smooth controlled transition to production platforms and supporting a hypercare period so clients can operate their operational interfaces on a scheduled basis
- Act as expert second-level support for the operational team managing live interfaces.
- Help steer and test the development of new CloudPay products and systems supporting the integration development to ensure their operational effectiveness in collaboration with quality and deployment teams.
**Attributes and Experience Required**:
- Implementation Project experience owning the delivery of Treasury, HR & Payroll integrations or interfaces.
- Client-facing experience handling queries and questions from customers, managing their expectations and contributing to successfully delivering integration projects.
- Relevant Experience with various Treasury/HR/Payroll Integration systems at the user or project level.
- Experience / Knowledge of working with XML data files, their structure, and format.
API and field mapping knowledge is desirable.
- Excellent time management, administration skills, attention to detail, and proactiveness are a must.
- Responsible for prioritizing clients' integration needs and delivering them as per the project plan.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
- A good team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others.
