Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Attendance and Time Management Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing time and attendance processes for our North America region employees. Your expertise will focus on ensuring accurate and timely payment, as well as maintaining compliance with Mondelez International policies and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage time and attendance processes for North America region employees
- Analyze data scenarios to create accurate reports and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for time file exportation and auditing
- Collaborate with the North America region team to ensure seamless data analysis and report creation
- Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create visually appealing reports and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with system updates and advancements in Workday, Kronos, and Ultipro systems

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis, report creation, and exportation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with Workday, Kronos, and Ultipro systems is desired
- English proficiency is mandatory due to the region's support needs
