The Business & Reporting specialist will act as main point of contact for business KPI insights and Trends, responsible for reporting, data analysis & stakeholder management.
In this role, the Business and Reporting Specialist will help ensure consistency with the company strategy, commitments, and goals, and encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow among departments and project teams by promoting a Performance Management driven culture.

This position is remote eligible and reports to the Sr. Director, Operations in Costa Rica.
**You Will**:

- Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Conduct business reviews to report out metric results, trend findings & recommendations.
- Become SME on performance metrics for the multiple functions.
- Conduct and attend requirement gathering meetings to identify needs, concerns, and action plans.
- Collaborate in developing reference documents or reports for performance measurement

**You Have**:

- 3+ years experience in similar roles.
- English Proficiency (B2).
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus).
- Smartsheet experience is a plus.
- Intermediate-Advanced Power BI/ Tableau/SQL skills.
- Project Management Knowledge preferred.
- Strong professional, independent thinking skills with strength in problem solving and the ability to offer constructive opinions and creative solutions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills.
- Ability to summarize and communicate important data & calculation methods.
