Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Technician at ClearSource, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- B2+ or above English language proficiency
- Technical troubleshooting experience
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to take on-site training for 3 weeks
- Reliable internet connection with download speed of 20Mbps, upload speed of 15Mbps, and latency of 20Ms or less
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1,150 per month, 100% virtual work from home, 15 days of vacation leave per year, and comprehensive medical insurance with BMI coverage up to $50,000. Additionally, you can add one family member (spouse or child) to your insurance plan, and we cover 100% of medical consultations, primary care, and medications. We also provide 100% medical care for accidents and hospitalizations.
