Job Description:
We are seeking an Amazon External Traffic Manager with a performance-driven mindset to amplify our e-commerce presence through external traffic sources. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive external traffic to e-commerce shops (Amazon links included), identifying and collaborating with blogs, websites, and digital publishers to feature our products, optimizing performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, analyzing traffic data and conversion rates to refine strategies for maximum ROI, staying ahead of industry trends and new traffic-driving opportunities, and leading and mentoring a small team to maximize marketing impact and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally driving external traffic to Amazon product pages
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, content partnerships, and digital PR
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for outreach and collaborations
