In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Recording technical issues and solutions in our ServiceNow platform.
- Communicating unresolved issues to the next level of support, ensuring thorough troubleshooting documentation.
- Contributing to the creation of troubleshooting documentation and runbooks.
To excel in this position, you'll need:
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a technical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
We value candidates who are:
- Fluent in English oral and written (B2 or above).
- Available to work a standard Monday - Friday schedule.
