About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our revenue management team as a systems expert. This individual will play a key role in enabling key strategies and roadmap deliveries for the following capabilities: Pricing, Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, Month End Billing, and Tenders SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day expertise for existing technology.
  • Gain a deep understanding of existing technologies and touchpoints with other enterprise-level systems.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for technical solutions.
  • Work closely with site and global resources during testing and execution of changes to existing applications and enterprise-level systems.
  • Support during initial launches/rollouts of new technologies.
  • Coordinate resources (including third-party vendors) to implement solutions.
Management Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across different groups and divisions to achieve organizational goals and deliver timely solutions.
  • Manage opportunities from concept/idea to solution identification to design/development through testing and into production.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of industry-specific experience with demonstrated success delivering solutions.
  • SaaS vendor relationship skills within the pricing/contracting, quote to cash space.
  • Knowledge and experience of the IT systems necessary to enable efficient and successful utilization of these tools and data.
  • Experience demoing functionality and providing training and user support on new technologies and systems.
  • Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Model N & Conga (Apttus) solutions technical architecture and functionality.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Good understanding of Sales Enablement and associated industry best practices.
