**Overview**

Emerson seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to coordinate, implement, and manage programs, processes, and initiatives covering all aspects of human resources management. This role requires a solid understanding of HR best practices and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR centers of excellence to execute the HR strategy and action plans.
  • Coach managers on recruiting and selection processes, including new project headcount roll out, paygrade structure, and headcount needs analysis.
  • Assess recruitment strategies for new hires and internal job postings, review different types of promotion-lateral movements processes with recruitment.
  • Participate in final offer process and track employees' migratory status (transfers and relocations).
  • Coach managers on issues related to paygrades, internal equity, promotions, and salary planning.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, advise employees and managers on HR-related policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into complaints and concerns, assess severity, involve appropriate individuals, and facilitate action based on policy and practice.
  • Support implementation of approved and revised HR policies and perform presentations on HR compliance topics.
  • Support business leaders on employee development programs, trainings, communication plans, and deliver workshops according to business needs.
  • Research effectiveness of HR programs and propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 6+ years' experience in Human Resources, minimum 3 years employee relations experience.
  • Solid Human Resources Background/Experience, experience in Multinational Companies preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a high-performing environment.
  • Excellent People Skills, Empathetic, Excellent Communication Skills (oral, written), Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.
