**Job Overview**

The Strategic Human Resources Leader will play a pivotal role in various stages of the employee life cycle, including performance management, coaching, career development, and driving strategic HR initiatives. You will work closely with our global Talent team to ensure seamless execution and communication of new-hire information, employee changes, promotions, and salary increases.

**Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with account leadership, the Global Talent team, and career developers to enhance employee development and lead global projects.
  • Support overall organizational staff planning and strategy, working closely with HR Leadership, resource management, and discipline leads.
  • Conduct Talent Mapping sessions with account leaders, fostering transparency and proactively outlining career paths for our employees.
  • Oversee and manage the Human Resources team, supporting their professional development, growth, and effective execution of Human Resources programs and initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3-5 years in senior human resources leadership roles.
  • Extensive HR experience in a software, agency, or interactive web development environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and inspire confidence across various levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams.

**Nice-to-Haves**

  • 7-10 years of Human Resources experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of project and business management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Solid payroll and benefits knowledge.
