Job Description

The Administrative Assistant HR Compliance will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the HR Compliance department, inclusive of Mergers & Acquisitions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of compliance initiatives working closely with HR Generalists
  • Handling basic employee & HR partner questions about Compliance related policies or procedures
  • Processing sponsored employee visas and extensions for immigration purposes
  • Auditing HR Compliance related transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Inputting HR-related data and compiling standard reports
