We Are Seeking A Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented Individual To Join Our Total Rewards Team As An HR Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including coordinating meetings, taking notes, and preparing presentations.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payment.
  • Reconciling invoices for benefits based on monthly headcount and company code.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least one to two years of office experience, preferably in an HR department.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
