Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Support Specialist to join our team at World Fuel Services. This role is responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of the HR Compliance department, including Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Compliance Support Specialist will:
- Support the creation and maintenance of compliance initiatives
- Provide guidance on Compliance related policies and procedures to employees and HR partners
- Process sponsored employee visas and extensions
- Audit HR Compliance related transactions
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Workday, or an ATS
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
