About the Role

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager in multiple locations.

This role reports directly to the Regional Head of Sales.

Work arrangement: Remote/Hybrid/On-site

Key Responsibilities

  1. Foster existing relationships into new business opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
  2. Develop fresh leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to craft and execute a targeted sales strategy tailored to specific market segments and opportunities.
  4. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set in conjunction with management.
  5. Maintain awareness of general market developments, including competition.
  6. Establish trust-based relationships with clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
  7. Acquire in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  8. Ensure timely delivery of suitable products and services to customers.
  9. Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  10. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales roles within Financial Services or the Investment industry.
  • A valid professional network of business contacts to build a sales pipeline, targeting High Net Worth Individuals, Private Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.
  • Detailed knowledge of securities markets, encompassing stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
  • Proven expertise in financial services sales and key account management, providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • A strong motivation for Sales (hunting and new business development), coupled with high energy levels, excellent prioritization skills, and efficient time management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Owing communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
