As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by providing exceptional administrative support, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and tracking expenses.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
  2. Coordinate domestic and international travel, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while also handling visa applications and other necessary paperwork.
  3. Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, while maintaining accurate records and files.
  4. Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing emails, messages, and requests, and ensuring follow-ups happen efficiently.
  5. Organize and maintain accurate documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational role supporting leadership or a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules and travel across multiple time zones.
  • High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or other organizational tools.
