CEO Administrative Coordinator

As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by providing exceptional administrative support, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and tracking expenses.
Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while also handling visa applications and other necessary paperwork.
- Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, while maintaining accurate records and files.
- Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing emails, messages, and requests, and ensuring follow-ups happen efficiently.
- Organize and maintain accurate documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational role supporting leadership or a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and travel across multiple time zones.
- High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or other organizational tools.
