Job Title: Senior Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Help Desk Technician to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our Technical Support Center, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to products and services.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in quality assurance assessments and training programs to ensure high-quality support services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
