About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team at Stt Group in supporting law firms across the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as completing paperwork and data entry tasks efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
">- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
">- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
">Requirements
">To excel in this position, you will need:
">- ">
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.">
- Excellent English language skills (C1 level).">
- Experience working in customer support roles, preferably with at least 1 year of experience.">
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.">
- American Visa is a plus but not required.">
Benefits
">This role offers a competitive salary of 300 mil Colones and a schedule that includes on-site work from 9am to 1pm (subject to change).
