Key Responsibilities:- Resolve client inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the transportation coordination team to address service issues and improve overall experience.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations and provide effective solutions.
- Equivalent number of years of education and/or working experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive experience for all clients.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
