About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior managers, including calendar management, travel coordination, project management, logistics, office administration, and event planning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international trips
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists, and other logistics needs
  • Support office administration with tasks such as ordering supplies and managing expenses
  • Assist in coordinating activities across the organization, including events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements

  • Technical degree in secretarial school or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in providing support to a director/senior manager
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
