Lead Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an exceptional customer service leader to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that customer service levels are consistently met or exceeded.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services.

Key responsibilities include:
