- DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUCCESS, SUPPORT, OR SERVICE WITHIN A CONTACT CENTER ENVIRONMENT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
