**Job Description:**
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our franchise stores. This role will require strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop positive relationships with the store's team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous progressive improvement by effectively coaching, recognizing, and communicating with multiple members of the store teams.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of guest and operational needs & standards to guide Store Managers, Above Store Leaders, and Franchisees.
- Motivate and develop positive relationships with the store's team members.
- Infuse pride in the organizational values and mission during each virtual visit.
Requirements:
- Education level: High school diploma or higher.
- English level of a B2 +.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Time management, planning, and organizational skills are a must.
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead third-party vendors.
- Good presentation skills, motivating and persuasive.
- Detailed and service-oriented, maintain confidentiality and sensitive information, adhering to strict data privacy standards.
- Strong analytical skills a must.
- Strong interpersonal, written, communication, and relationship-building skills.
