We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Lagunilla, Costa Rica.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and completing final billings and monthly requirements for assigned accounts while working closely with program managers, account managers, purchasing managers, and management.

You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial management for each meeting, including communicating with vendors and project teams to collect receipts and program expense documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy and processing payment in a timely manner
  • Overseeing and researching credit card reconciliation using multiple systems
  • Ensuring client meal caps and thresholds related to compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Preparing final billing according to client policies and internal procedures
  • Resolving any discrepancies with suppliers and clients
  • Adhering to all standard operating procedures and training staff on appropriate company billing policies and guidelines
  • Assisting in monthly invoice preparation

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking skills who can work on multiple programs simultaneously.

A bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
