Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Stryker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable process.
About the Role:
The Financial Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for preparing, recording, verifying, and paying vendor invoices on a timely basis while responding to vendor queries. You will also maintain, analyze, and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Analyze and report on accounts payable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
What We Offer:
At Stryker, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
