Sales Strategy Director

**Job Summary**
The Armory is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive business growth. This role requires a unique blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to manage all aspects of our Sales go-to-market programs.
Main responsibilities will include designing and managing territory and account planning, assisting in authoring field compensation plans, and analyzing their effectiveness. Additionally, you will author sales policies and account ownership/handoff rules, and continuously assess lead-to-cash and account lifecycle processes.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent time management skills, be comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced start-up environment, and have a passion for thinking creatively and improving processes.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator who can navigate complex systems, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and lead meetings with directors, VP's, and C-level executives.
