About the Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global AI Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing video content, tagging activities, and meeting productivity and quality standards. You will work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review image/videos - tagging activities on videos with durations of 10 seconds or shorter.
- Meet predetermined and assigned productivity and quality standard targets.
- Responsible for reviewing video content continuously during working schedule.
- Understand and follow up on performance metrics and process requirements to drive business results in live environment.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
- Perform labeling/annotation tasks with accuracy, speed and efficiency on videos that could be less sharp, blurry and hence answering the jobs would need high level of attention & focus on the screen.
- Demonstrates willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary, which may include schedule flexibility depending on business needs.
- Understand and adhere to SOP's and other Amazon policies.
- Able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/teams/managers, according to processes and standards.
- Analyze and detect exceptions.
- Constantly contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- 6+ months of working experience in corporate environments (AND/OR) volunteering, TCU, internship or university professional practice.
- B1 English proficiency or higher.
