We're looking for an innovative leader with a deep understanding of data science, cloud, AI/ML technologies, and an operational knowledge of the conduct of clinical research.As Manager, Clinical Data and AI, you will oversee a diverse team of specialists within AI/ML, data science, and data management across our full portfolio including Advanced Wound Management, Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine & ENT.

Along with your strong technical background in AI and data science, you will have a proven track record of applying AI to clinical research and the generation of clinical evidence.
You will be an expert in appropriate programming languages such as Python, Spark, and R, version control systems like Git, and in modern data systems, architectures, and standards.You'll be a strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
