- Study and analyze drawings, specifications, and product samples to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Create user manuals, guides, and documentation dossiers according to customer requirements, including tables of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks, and source citations.
- Collect, organize, and control electronic documentation from various sources, ensuring qualitative accuracy and consistency.
- Manage project documentation and associated metadata in accordance with agreed plans, customer agreements, and industry standards.
- Formally transmit and distribute official project documents as required, ensuring timely delivery and high presentation standards.
- Receive, upload, and manage incoming documentation and client responses in the document management system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide final documentation that meets customer requirements, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and accuracy.
- Act as liaison between various departments, including drawing, sales engineering, project management, and order administration, to facilitate documentation-related matters and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate documentation execution-related matters as needed, serving as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Perform adequate documentation management, including archiving soft copies and reviewing published materials for revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
- Conduct risk analysis and provide valid solutions to mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualifications: English, document management university degree or related field from an accredited institution.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (with proficiency in Access and SharePoint a plus).
- Adobe experience a must.
- Exceptional oral and written English skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with all levels of associates.
