We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Quality Specialist to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a Customer Service Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance specialists in driving quality improvements and preserving the highest standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with senior managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA specialists to drive quality improvements and preserve the highest standards of quality and service
  • Perform analytical deep dives to develop interpretive insights and conduct trending analysis to identify performance gaps and highlight strengths
  • Provide a holistic view of CS performance and identify the levers which will drive performance improvements
  • Lead quality improvement projects to meet performance targets and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and quality assurance
  • Successful track record leading teams and driving process improvements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
