Job Summary:

TransUnion is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Costa Rica. This remote position involves providing exceptional customer service to support TransUnion's T&E products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding T&E products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with the QA and team leaders to improve individual performance and deliver high-quality work product

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations job role, including inbound voice customer care/support
  • Highest level of formal schooling for the specific region (High School Diploma)
  • Excellent Spanish verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a good command of English
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
