Overview:
TransUnion is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Operations Representative to join our team in Costa Rica.
This remote position involves providing exceptional customer service to support TransUnion's T&E products and services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information regarding T&E products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the QA and team leaders to improve individual performance and deliver high-quality work product
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations job role, including inbound voice customer care/support
- Highest level of formal schooling for the specific region (High School Diploma)
- Excellent Spanish verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a good command of English
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
