**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TransUnion.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt resolution to escalated inquiries, including consumer disputes, fraud resolution, and identity theft.
You will also analyze consumer contact data to determine error trends in our current practices and provide feedback to your team lead.
In addition, you will work on special projects as assigned and perform other related duties as needed.
This is a remote position that may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide prompt resolution to escalated inquiries, including consumer disputes, fraud resolution, and identity theft.
- Analyze consumer contact data to determine error trends in our current practices and provide feedback to your team lead.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with at least 6 months of experience.
- Excellent English and Spanish verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to deal with irate customers regularly.
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and have a strong sense of duty.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all work completed.
- Proactively works to improve knowledge and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Adapts well to change and can adjust priorities as needed.
