Key Responsibilities:

The Voice Associate will be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by anticipating needs and resolving issues
  • Maintaining a consistently high level of knowledge regarding TransUnion's products, services, systems, processes, policy knowledge, and tools
  • Capturing all customer/consumer details and data relevant to the call
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
