Pts Consulting Services seeks a highly motivated Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer assistance to customers on a variety of topics, including general inquiries.
- Contribute to the success of our Covid Resource Center operation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems concurrently.
- A strong customer-centric focus and dynamic resourcefulness.
- Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Excellent English language skills (90%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
