Job Description
As a Service Desk Support Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and tools. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to internal Equifax employees and contractors, resolving system-related issues that impact multiple users and Contact Center tools. You will also investigate incidents, provide incident bridge lines and chats, and escalate issues to required teams as needed. By leveraging Runbooks and system knowledge, you will strive to deliver 'First Call Resolution' for a portion of reported incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need advanced spoken and written English skills (B2+ / C1), as well as 1 year of proven experience in Technical Support, ticket management systems, customer service, and call center environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluence, Genesys Call System, Google Chat/Hangout or Slack, and PagerDuty - Support Engagement and Alerting tool is highly desirable.
