Job SummaryThe HR Employee Services team for the SJO Shared Services is seeking an experienced HR Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers while supporting the ongoing development of our services through effective Voice of the Customer feedback.
Key Job Responsibilities- Lead a team working on and supporting HR administration processes.
- Manage individual team member performance and development.
- Ensure appropriate team coverage, scheduling monitoring, and reporting upon key SLAs and KPIs.
- Deal with escalations from stakeholders and/or other teams to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Build effective relationships with regional and global stakeholders and/or 3rd party vendors.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns.
- Actively seek customer feedback to improve levels of service.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize workflow daily and ensure service levels are achieved at all times.
Portuguese as additional language preferred. 2+ years of experience of managing a team of 6+ people and/or Amazon Employee Services experience. Experience with HR processes and systems administration. Experience with reporting and analytics experience. Experience with project management methodologies. Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment to work in this rapidly changing HR environment. Ability to positively influence small groups and individuals to drive resolution. Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures. Ability to work with confidential information. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workflow daily and ensure service levels are achieved at all times.
