Technical Support Specialist

Tebra is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our Integration Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our integrated practices. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our integrations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.
You will work closely with internal and external teams to resolve technical cases, reduce the risk of churn, and provide solutions to our customers. Your expertise in Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, and SQL will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with various EMRs, EHRs, and Practice Management Systems, expanding your knowledge and skills in the process.
Your Key Responsibilities- Resolve technical cases within 5 days or less
- Reduce the risk of churn by owning customer problems and troubleshooting on the fly
- Document integration-related processes, FAQs, and departmental training guides
- Log all information in Salesforce
- Support internal and external teams with technical integration issues and/or questions
- Partner with the Engineering department on advanced and escalated integration cases
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or Tech
- Expertise in Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, and SQL
- Knowledge of various EMRs, EHRs, or Practice Management Systems
