Case Coordinator Specialist

Virtually assisting attorneys and overseeing the case management process is a crucial role at our company. As a Case Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining case files, managing caseloads, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for case completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document collection from clients, including police reports, hospital bills, and other relevant information.
- Filing and categorizing client documents for easy access.
- Communicating with clients and attorneys through written correspondence, including demand letters.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage case entries and ensure data accuracy.
- Sending necessary documents to insurance companies and healthcare providers.
- Maintaining accurate records of lien filing and status updates.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for clients based on their reported injuries.
- Coordinating scheduling for procedures or treatments, ensuring alignment with coverage details.
- Following up with clients and attorneys to obtain written statements as required by insurance companies.
- Preparing and submitting demands to facilitate case progression.
- Drafting legal documents for paralegals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing timely notifications to attorneys regarding case preparation deadlines and timeframes.
- Compiling case summaries and supporting documents to aid in case preparation.
- Authoring letters of representation, reflecting the company's professionalism and expertise.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong business communication skills, including writing and speaking English fluently
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and software applications
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a Virtual Assistant
- 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Salary: Up to $3,282.70 per hour
