We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team at Lonza, a global leader in life sciences. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing excellent HR administration services to employees, managers, and the HR community.
This position is responsible for accurate and timely handling of Employee Lifecycle Transactional cases, administering HR-related documents compliant with applicable legislation, and ensuring that relevant HR systems are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administration support to internal stakeholders like employees, managers, and the HR community, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes.
- Document and transfer knowledge of recurrent cases to help increase case resolution on Tier 0 or 1 level.
- Contribute to improving transactional and process efficiencies.
- Take ownership of performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with other HR Shared Services members and other HR teams on issues that require their involvement.
Requirements:
- Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience within an HR administration or HR shared services organization.
- Dutch language skills (written and verbal).
- English language skills (written and verbal).
- Administration skills.
- Desired experience with Microsoft Office, Workday, Service Now, and Kronos.
