We are seeking an experienced Leave and Disability Case Specialist to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for providing holistic case management services to employees who are on leave or experiencing disability events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement case management plans to support employees' return to work and overall wellbeing.
