**Job Description:** As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting customers with software and hardware configuration and troubleshooting. You will also use your skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, to resolve customer issues.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer complaints using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
**Requirements:**
- 1+ year of experience in a Service Desk role
- Upper Intermediate English language proficiency
- Upper Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
