Enterprise Customer Success Manager

At Palo Alto Networks, we're on a mission to protect our digital way of life. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by managing complex customer situations, coordinating actions with the Account Team, Services Teams, Partners Resources, and Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical support within the high-tech industry and 5+ years of client-facing sales or services experience. They will also possess project management or service delivery qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL.
This role requires the ability to influence teams across the organization to achieve desired customer outcomes. The successful candidate will also be able to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
