**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and analyze data to optimize service center performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Service & Support, and Customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field, such as technical support or operations management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
